Postgraduate trainees are invited to submit an abstract for the 2025 AFMC CPD Research Symposium. Abstract submissions of all kinds about educational interventions and endeavours in any health profession are welcome. It will be held on May 22nd and 23rd from 12-4PM EST virtually through zoom. This is a welcoming symposium with free registration that provides CPD credits and a certificate of completion.

We are seeking nominations for the PGME Valedictorian Award, an honour that recognizes exceptional academic achievements, leadership qualities, and contributions to postgraduate medical education at Queen’s University and the affiliated teaching sites.
The 'Living our Values' award recognizes a Resident and a Faculty member from each Queen's Campus (Kingston and Lakeridge Health) who embodies and creates, through their words and actions, a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning and working environment. The award will be presented annually at the Postgraduate Convocation ceremony and will consist of an award and the addition of the winners’ names to the Living our Values plaque.
