Application Checklist | School of Medicine

Application Deadline: January 31 (to start in July)

Prior to deadline, submit the following:

Complete one copy of the Application Form.
Personal Statement of Intent & Career Plans.
Curriculum Vitae.
Research proposal (2-3 pages).
Copies of all post-secondary and Medical School transcripts.
Three letters of reference focused on candidates potential as a researcher. One may be from the Clinical Program Director.
Statement of commitment to supervise from potential supervisor including the supervisor's CV and their description of the research project.
Letter of Support from the trainee’s clinical Program Director (can be counted as one of the three reference letters)

Deadline for Queen’s Graduate Studies: Deadlines vary between January 31 and March 1

To be eligible for internal funding, one needs to have applications in by January 31.

After review of all CIP applications, eligible candidates will be notified.
