Verification of Postgraduate Credentials
The Postgraduate Medical Education Office is able to verify the credentials of its graduates. An official letter will be produced including the dates of training and postgraduate residency program. It is also possible to have forms and questionnaires completed by our office. All correspondence will be signed by the Associate Director, Operations, Postgraduate Medical Education as our office holds all official resident records. Verifications of training by Program Directors cannot be done through our office.
Please note: Verification requests can take up to 5 business days from the date that payment has been received.

- Signed consent form by physician
- Payment
