Review the literature that you have explored throughout this
module, the case study, and the video interview of Pauline. As a team,
think of a bathroom modification or bathroom equipment that could be
used by Pauline to increase her safety and independence during
toileting and/or bathing. Explore the following websites that provide
eligibility criteria and funding application forms. Choose the
appropriate Ontario March of Dimes funding program for the equipment
and/or modification that you have identified, and fill out the
application form(s) on Pauline's behalf. In addition to this form,
write a brief paragraph that describes your rationale for recommending
the equipment and/or modification that you have suggested. Submit the
application form(s) and the paragraph on another page. You may attach
these two portions of the assignment together for submission.
