Applications to become an Interest Group for the 2018-2019 Academic year have now closed. Renewal forms for current Interest Groups will go out in the Summer of 2019 and applications for new Interest Groups will be sent out in September 2019. - While it mentions a cost for renting the room, there is NO FEE for medical students as long as the room is kept clean.
- Please be respectful of the rooms. Clean up any garbage you made and leave the room in the same state you found it.
- It may take up to 5 business days to hear back about the room. The booking is often done on Tuesday, so try and get your requests in by Monday evening in order to hear back promptly.

To be reimbursed for your Interest Group expenses, please submit a reimbursement form with original receipt to the Dropbox in the kitchenette. It will likely take at least 2-3 weeks to be reimbursed so please be patient. The following must be written on the receipt:
- Interest Group Name
- Student Number
- Mailing Address
