A 30 year old female presents to the emergency department complaining of wrist pain after slipping on a patch of ice and breaking her fall with her hands, palms down, wrists in extension. There is normal sensation and capillary refill distally. She has tenderness in the area indicated by the arrow below. Her radiograph is provided.
