ONCOLOGY TRUST FUND

The Oncology Trust Fund (OTF) is established as a source of funding to enhance educational and academic activities of the Queen's University Department of Oncology based at the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario at Kingston General Hospital. Please see the OTF Terms of Reference.

INDUSTRY PRECEPTORSHIPS

Industry representatives particpating in the Oncology Trust Fund program are eligible to observe particpating physicians in a clinical setting. Interested representatives are asked to complete the application form and statement of confidentiality and send together with a current curriculum vitae and a letter of good standing from their employer, at least 6 weeks prior to their first requested date.

The cost associated with each 1/2 day clinic is $500.00. Cheques should be made payable to the KGH Oncology Trust Fund.

Upon completion of a preceptorship, an evaluation of our program would be greatly appreciated. Please print the evaluation form, complete and return to:
