Entrada

Since 2004 the School of Medicine has been using and developing MEdTech Central, an in-house developed integrated teaching and learning system customized to the suit needs of their medical education curriculum.  In 2008, the MEdTech Unit partnered with the University of Calgary to create Entrada, a distributable open-source version of the MEdTech Central software. Developers and eLearning professionals from both schools work together to suggest and triage development items; program, develop & deploy new items; maintain a common repository of source code; and manage the Entrada Project website.
