Clerkship System

The Clerkship System (formerly the Clerkship Evaluation System) provides our Clerkship students with an automated and paperless method of evaluating their completed rotations online 24 hours a day. Students also have instant access to their customized Clerkship schedules, as well as the ability to view any assigned regional accommodations including maps to the locations, any roommates, etc.

The Clerkship system enhances the evaluation process by providing a standardized method to evaluate clerkships and improve the feedback process by providing a quick and effective way to collate and report evaluation results. The application delivers evaluations, records results and also has an email notification system to inform students of any upcoming evaluations.

The first version of the Clerkship Evaluation System was launched in February 2005 and clerkship students in Medicine and Surgery rotations were able to complete evaluations of their teachers as well as rotations. In the newer releases of the system all Clerkship students evaluate their rotations and teachers via this method.
