Medical Students
If you are a medical student interested in arranging an observership
or elective at Queen's University Department of Diagnostic Radiology:
Step 1
Contact Tammy Kearney, Educational Assistant, 613-549-6666, ext. 2613,
or send an email to tlk@queensu.ca to
find out when it is possible to schedule an observership/elective.
For an observership that is all that is required. For an elective proceed to
step 2.
Step 2
You need to contact Hayley Zomer at the Undergraduate Medical Education
Office (613) 533-2542 or send an email to elect@meds.queensu.ca to obtain
approval of your elective. The Undergraduate Medical Education Office will
also advise you of the paperwork they require to approve your elective.

Please note that students who are applying to our Postgraduate Residency
Training Program via CaRMS will be considered for an interview whether or not
they have completed an elective with us.
Queen's Residents/External
Residents
If you are a Queen's Resident or an External Resident interested in arranging
an elective at Queen's University Department of Diagnostic Radiology:
