Electives

The availability of undergraduate electives in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is largely based on learner volume (Clerks and Residents). Potential elective students are encouraged to contact Julie Wimmer regarding availability.

Rotations in the department generally include patient management in labour and delivery, operating room and emergency room settings, as well as outpatient exposure in clinics in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Students are encouraged to participate in teaching conferences and rounds.
