Home 499 Projects 499 Project Listing GENERAL INFORMATION: It is suggested that BSH Discovery Students interested in pursuing a 499 Project in their fourth year should contact professors after December of their third year. Identify three faculty whose research intrigues you. Research and review their most recent research papers and be in a position to discuss aspects of these papers with them. One strategy might be to identify and approach three faculty that do not do extensive teaching in the first two years of the Life Science program. ANATOMY CANCER BIOLOGY AND GENETICS CARDIAC, CIRCULATION AND RESPIRATORY DDHT COMMUNITY HEALTH AND EPIDEMIOLOGY GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASES RESEARCH UNIT MICROBIOLOGY AND IMMUNOLOGY NEUROSCIENCE PATHOLOGY AND MOLECULAR MEDICINE PHARMACOLOGY AND TOXICOLOGY PHYSIOLOGY 499 students who will involved with animals or animal tissue will be required to complete the Animal Ethics course.
