MacLeod Lab

Traditional Wnt meeting 2011 at UCLA:

(1) Ror2 is a co-receptor of Kremen2 in intestinal epithelia allowing physiological levels of Dkk1 to function as an agonist of Ror2 and titrate Wnt5a signaling (J Kelly, R. John MacLeod)

(2) Canonical Wnt signaling is increased by intracellular alkalinization: a new role for Down regulated in Adenoma (Dra), Slc26a3, in intestinal epithelia. (R.John MacLeod, J. Kelly, J. Lin, N. Walker, LL Clarke).
