Research Interests:

My research in the Peter Davies lab involves the study of two rapidly evolving protein families:

Antifreeze proteins (AFPs) that bind to ice and stop it from growing, as well as odorant-binding proteins (OBPs)< that bind low molecular weight ligands used in sensing and communication.
