Associate Dean, Postgraduate Medical Education Dr. G. Ross Walker, MD, FRCSC, FACS
The Associate Dean, Postgraduate Medical Education, oversees the education of residents and the accreditation of 34 postgraduate programs at Queen's University. He is a member of the Medical Education Advisory Committee and chairs the Postgraduate Medical Education Committee. Dr. Walker began his term as Associate Dean in July, 2010 and he is also an Associate Professor with the Department of Surgery. He can be contacted through his Assistant, Jennifer Andersen.
Director of Resident Affairs Dr. Melissa Andrew, MD, MEd, FRCPC As
Director of Resident Affairs, Dr. Andrew provides assistance to residents who encounter personal and academic difficulties in their program and offers counselling in a confidential and welcoming environment. She can be contacted by directly by
email or thorugh the PGME Office.
