Special Purpose Grant

Each year, the Postgraduate Medical Education Office distributes funds from a Special Purpose Grant designed to support residency education and assist with the provision of postgradute education.  For the last six years, a portion of the grant has been allocated directly to residency programs for educational enhancement.  Program Directors were invited to submit proposals for funding which were assessed on the basis of teh relevance of the proposed activity to the residency program, the potential benefits for residents, and the perceived merit of the activity.
