Provincial Registration Fee


Please note that you will also be required to pay the provincial postgraduate registration fee of $700 at the time of registration by credit card.  You are advised to print your confirmation receipt at the time of payment as receipts are not issued by the PGME Office.

**please note that the registration fee must be paid using the PGME on-line registration system. Do not pay using your Queen’s Solus account.

 Your registration must be completed by June 27 in order for you to begin your program on July 1.  A late fee of $50 will be applied to all registrations after June 26.  Please note that the CPSO, CMPA, and Queen’s will be closed on July 1. The PGME Office will notify the following people of residents who are not able to work by 12 noon on Thursday, June 29:

  • Director, Medical Affairs, Kingston General Hospital & Hotel Dieu Hospital
  • Associate Dean, Postgraduate Medical Education
  • Your Program Director
  • Financial Services - Payroll, Kingston General Hospital
  • University Registrar

 Please note that you will not be allowed to continue in your program if you are not completely registered.
