
Residents As Teachers (RaTs) Program (for PGY2 or PGY3 residents)
The RaTs program is an opportunity for residents who are interested in enhancing their teaching abilities., and is being offered in a 2 half-day format followed by a lunchtime debrief, as outlined below.
Location for all sessions: Louise D. Acton Building, Room 008
Wednesday, January 18/12 (12pm 5pm) Large and Small Group Teaching; Giving Critical Feedback; Mistakes to Avoid When Teaching; Teaching Professionalism and summary.
Wednesday, February 15/12 (12pm 5pm) Teaching Clinical Skills; One Minute Preceptor; Developing a Teaching Dossier, How to Pursue Educational Scholarships and summary.
Wednesday, February 29/12 (12pm-2:30pm)- Educational Leadership and Debrief

Internal Medicine Resident Handbook
The Queens Internal Medicine Resident Handbook is now available from Room 3034 Etherington Hall.
The cost of the handbook is $10.
